Every candidate undergoes a full, FCRA-compliant background check conducted by a professional screening vendor. This includes:

• Social Security Number Trace
• Criminal History Search
• National Criminal Database Search
• National Sex Offender Registry Search
• OFAC Report – Office of Homeland Security Terrorist Watch List Search

CPR & First Aid Certification Verification

We ensure that all candidates hold valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certifications.. This ensures that they are fully prepared to handle emergencies with calm and care.

Legal Requirements

Candidates must be over 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
