What it Takes to Become a Summit Nanny
We’re purposefully selective because we understand how crucial it is to have trustworthy nannies on our team, and we deeply respect the trust our families place in us.
We represent only the most exceptional nanny candidates, giving preference to those with extensive childcare experience and college degrees.
To be considered for a position with Summit Nannies, our candidates must check a lot of boxes:
At least 21 years old and college educated
At least 5 years of relevant professional childcare experience
Positive and professional childcare references
CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and current insurance
Eligible to work legally in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check upon offer of employment
Positive online presence, including social media profiles
