What we look for.
We are selective by design. Fewer than 5% of applicants make it through.
- 21 or older and college-educated, minimum bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of recent paid and verifiable childcare experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to renew
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
