1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Summit Nannies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Summit Nannies is a domestic childcare referral agency that connects families with professional nannies and sitters. We facilitate introductions but do not employ the caregivers directly. Families and caregivers enter into their own employment or independent contractor relationships.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Placement Fees & Guarantees

Placement fees are due upon successful placement of a caregiver in your home. Fee schedules are outlined in your service agreement. Our 90-day replacement guarantee provides one complimentary replacement search within the first 90 days of placement, subject to the terms of your agreement.

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Caregiver Vetting

While we conduct thorough vetting of all caregivers—including background checks, reference verification, and interviews—families are responsible for making the final hiring decision and for supervising caregivers in their home. Summit Nannies does not guarantee the performance or conduct of any caregiver.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and to provide accurate information in all communications, applications, and agreements. You may not use our services to harass, discriminate against, or harm any caregiver, family, or staff member.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Summit Nannies and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Summit Nannies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the actions of any caregiver referred through our agency. Our total liability is limited to the placement fee paid.
