This way you will be able to interview several candidates and feel secure and confident in the choice you make for your family. 95% of the families we work with find their perfect nanny within the first 1-3 candidates they interview, but you are welcome to interview as many candidates as you wish.

A professional nanny in Colorado and Utah makes around $25-35/hr. This amount varies based on the family’s needs and the nanny’s experience and education level. To make your job as competitive as possible and attract the best candidates, we require families to also offer guaranteed hours, paid time off, and reimburse your nanny for mileage.
