The process can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on your needs and communication. We value making the process seamless, quick, and easy so you can have the support you need sooner.
Sometimes families find that the nanny they hired turns out to not be their best fit. In this case, our 6 month nanny replacement guarantee will support you in finding the right nanny at no extra cost!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our rates vary per location and per sitter. Booking fees start at $40, unless you have the membership, then booking is free. Our sitters charge between $18 and $30 per hour. After booking, you’ll pay your sitter directly and the booking fee is charged to their credit card on file.
There is no required buffer time in scheduling. Our team can usually accommodate last minute and same day requests for our families. Requests submitted within 24 hours of the start time are an additional $25.00 last minute booking fee.
